Vitamina. comes into play in the creation of numerous communication tools that elevate the company’s digital presence.

One challenge, multiple solutions

Blip is one of many customers for whom we work on different types of services every month. They are: social network management, performance campaigns, landing pages, content creation, video production, blog articles, and online event assistance.

The main challenge inherent in any communication piece or channel is to attract professional talent interested in working for a company that focuses on constant innovation and the wellbeing and perfect balance between professional and personal life.

They will be joining a team of almost 400 professionals who write code used by more than 5 million people around the world.

A missing Piece

One of the most relevant pieces was the creation of a support page for the recruitment campaign “The Missing Piece”. The premise was to communicate the reasons why Blip is considered one of the best companies to work for in Portugal and, thus, arouse the interest of professionals who want to take a new step towards the technological future.

The approach was to create a specific landing page for where the brand values, the benefits of being part of the team, Blip’s own spirit, and, of course, the available positions are clearly reflected.

We developed this page specifically conceived to be seen on mobile devices ensuring a quality experience in all formats and an optimized loading speed.

Leveraging the power exposure

This campaign was amplified using digital advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Search and Display, Twitter, and LinkedIn ads.

Over the years we have developed several marketing campaigns that support the landing page and the communication strategy created for the brand’s different communication channels.

This is a marketing strategy that is very effective in an increasingly digital world where we must stand out to make an impact. It gives us the opportunity to plan better, pay only for results, track performance, and react to feedback. This has been a perfect way to generate leads, attract new talent to the team, boost website traffic, and create brand awareness
